good, honest, knowledgeable lenders. The lender will give you
an indication of the amount you can borrow based upon your
qualifications This will determine your sales price. If you
are short on down payment or have no down payment, the lender
can advise you of the many "no money down" loan programs
available. With the low interest rate and high rents
NO ONE should be paying rent.

After you have completed the loan process and are
pre-approved, I will begin the search for your new home. You
will save time and eliminate frustration, if you place your
real estate needs in the hands of a professional.
In addition to all the listings on the
Multiple Listing System, I will
know about property ready to come on the market. In a tight
market, where the inventory is low in a particular price
range, you will want to know about the good properties as
quickly as possible.
